Tom Robbins, Publisher
Tom began his career at Addison-Wesley Publishing Company. Over his 30+ year career in higher education publishing he has held positions in sales, marketing and editorial with three publishing houses. He has signed and published more than 250 titles including a number of widely used engineering classics, and is the co-originator of the BookWare Companion Series TM. He has received numerous editorial awards and recognition over his career. Helping authors create textbooks of lasting value has been the focal point of his publishing work. Tom is a member of IEEE, has served as a volunteer for several societies, and is an active supporter of IEEE educational activities.
