The Circuits Laboratory Companion is the perfect counterpart to Circuits by Fawwaz T. Ulaby and Michel M. Maharbiz providing an out-of-box, affordable, university lab solution. The distinctive feature of this collection of 11 labs is the integration of NI Multisim, LabVIEW software and NI ELVIS II hardware that fosters comparison between theory, simulation, lab data and analysis. The unified software/hardware package makes this experience complete, realistic, and comparable to real world engineering practice. The presentation offers detailed and thoughtful explorations of basic and advanced concepts presented in the same order in which they are presented in the main text. Each lab assignment includes pre-lab simulation, in-lab experiments, and post-lab comparison between real and simulated data.
