Prasanna Ballal

Prasanna Ballal received his Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from Mumbai University, India, in 2002.  He then worked for IndiaGames, Ltd., as a software programmer.  He received his Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington, USA, in summer 2005.  Since then, he has been working as a Graduate Research Associate in Distributed Intelligence & Autonomy Laboratory at the Automation and Robotics Research Institute, Fort Worth, TX, USA, and is currently working towards his PhD in Electrical Engineering.  He has authored or co-authored over 14 journal and conference publications.  His research interests include Control System Design, Wireless Sensor Networks, and Signal Processing.
